Three courses of completely ready to eat, handflavoured Seafood. Everything in the Shellfish Pot can be eaten straight out of the box. The Lobster can be warmed through with our own orginal LB flavoured butter (should you prefer your Lobster warm) or enjoyed dipping into the sharp and fruity Pot Box Sauce.
Starter
Fruit potted Crab - Atlantic white crab meat layered with fruit and spice. Fennel, apple, chilli & hydrated berry salad served with crispy melba toasts.
Main
Half prepped and dressed atlantic Lobsters served with our original LB.
Completely ready to eat straight out of the box. Carefully curated flavours that enhance the tasty delicate flavoured seafood, original recipies developed by us.
Dessert
2 x Lime, stem ginger & thyme posset, cinnamon shortbread. A light ready to devour palet clensing way to finish your meal.
Our recipies always come with a Lobster Box twist. Lobster Box is chef owner opperated, we want to make easy food for foodies enjoyed in settings which isn't otherwise attainable... for this reason, much like a restaurant, we don't highlight every ingredient used in our foods, there may be some truffle or some fruit in places you might otherwise not expect. We believe this makes the experience that much more enjoayble. ** Our recipes have been developed by our chef & custom to our boxes... Our Coleslaw is dressed with Seafood, fruit & chilli... The Bulgur contains Chicken stock, Nut Oil, Fruit, Chilli with Smoked Seafood & our Potato Salad made with Nut Oil before being added to the dressing which contains boiled eggs. For this reason we are unable to cater for Allergies & Intolerances. Our Original LB flavours were developed by our chefs in 2021 bringing a large range of ingredients together to allow you to enjoy this fresh, tasty and delicate Lobster flavour easily from anywhere.
Your Atlantic Lobster is prepped and dressed removing all of the hard work. The Lobster box can be enjoyed cold straight out of the box or warmed through for a few minutes in a pre heated oven for a few minutes, should you prefer.
