Prepped and dressed Atlantic Lobster - (Half or whole portion per person, choose when adding to the cart).

Spiced crispy roast potatoes dressed in a sticky seafood glaze,
Monkfish in smokey blankets,
Dukkah stuffing,
Cauliflower, cray tail & smoked seafood cheese,
Pickled braised cabbage,
Chilli peanut roast broccoili,
Lemon rosemary butter sauce.
 
 
Our recipies come with a Lobster Box twist.  Lobster Box is chef owner opperated, we want to make easy food for foodies enjoyed in settings which isn't otherwise attainable... for this reason, much like a restaurant, we don't highlight every ingredient used in our foods, there may be some truffle or some fruit in places you might not otherwise. We believe this makes the experience that much more enjoayble.
