Our LB take on the homely classic 'The Fish Pie' ... Fresh fish dressed in a light herb marinate & layered into a onion, vermouth & garlic creamy sauce. Topped with a buttery flavoured mash potato.

Three fish (one smoked) marinated through our original herb dressing, layered into green peas and a lightly flavoured cream and onion sauce, topped with a flavoured and rich mash potato.
All of our foods comes with our own LB twist, this fish pie has a slight spice cooked into the thick vermouth sauce. We pride ourselves on the ability to layer flavours via our cooking techniques, allowing each bite to vary from the previous.
In our opinion, there is little worse than a filling meal which tastes the same all the way through.
