Calamari arrives with everything needed to bring out all flavours exactly as they are intended, following the simple to follow instructions taking around 2 minutes to cook through and 3 minutes to serve.

We marinate your Calamari in a tenderizing dairy marinade before adding to an asian chilli and garlic dressing, served with Apple Salsa and toasted almonds
Our recipies always come with a Lobster Box twist. Lobster Box is chef owner opperated, we want to make easy food for foodies enjoyed in settings which isn't otherwise attainable... for this reason, much like a restaurant, we don't highlight every ingredient used in our foods, there may be some truffle or some fruit in places you might otherwise not expect. We believe this makes the experience that much more enjoayble, you just have to trust us, we wouldn't be serving it, if we wouldn't enjoy it ourselves. Calamari arrives with everything needed to bring out the flavours exactly as they are intended. Packaged in the wet full flavoured marindae and served alongside salted and toasted almond flakes and crunchy apple salsa.
Super simple and easy to plate, taking onlky minutes of your time, enjoy as a stand alone dish for lunch or before you main Lobster meal... We are not here to tell you how to eat, we are here to make your experience as amazing as possible.
