Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin marinated in marmite, mustard, basil, and honey. Slowly cooked in a water bath for 1 hour to slightly pink n the centre. Served alongside fennel and mango cream and a herb dressed apple salsa

Twice Marinated Calamari

Three half shell Scallops. Arriving with everything needed to put the very simple finishing touches to the chefs choice dish.
Two of our Smokey flavoured Scallops and one sweet and salty dressed Scallop - Signature flavours being servved since our launch in 2021.
