Sous Vide pork tenderloin arrives with everything needed to bring out all flavours exactly as they are intended, following the very simple instructions. Taking around 8 minutes to plate.

 

Includes:

 

Sous vide to medium cooked, locally reared pork tenderloin, apple salsa, mango & fennel cream.

 

Arriving with instructions to finish off in the pan to sear marinated pork, served alongside herb dressed apple salsa and slightly spiced mango fennel cream.

 

 

 

Our recipies always come with a Lobster Box twist.  Lobster Box is chef owner opperated, we want to make easy food for foodies enjoyed in settings which isn't otherwise attainable... for this reason, much like a restaurant, we don't highlight every ingredient used in our foods, there may be some truffle or some fruit in places you might otherwise not expect. We believe this makes the experience that much more enjoayble, you just have to trust us, we wouldn't be serving it, if we wouldn't enjoy it ourselves.     Serveed with a herb dressed apple salsa and very slightly spiced mango and fennel cream.

     

    ZZero prep required and completely delicious. Enjoy as a pre course to your meal or as a light dish completely on its own.
