All of our Lobster caught by sustainable Cornish day boats, comes completely prepped and dressed. Are menu is built to make the serving of your meal as simple as is possible, this is something we pride ourselves on.

Choose between our two course Lobster and dessert box which comes completely ready to eat or add one of our ready to eat and finish in less than 5 minute starters allowing you the ease of a delectable stay at home meal with zero hassle.

A small company setup by, Cam - in the seacrh for a new normal friendly business.

Lobster Box has an ethos of small batch, hand flavoured, fresh, tasty & super easy to enjoy / prepare.
My Seafood Adventures started at the age of 19 on a Deep sea Trawler in New Zealand, having grown up in Cornwall as an avid waterman and leaving the home turf to seek experiences, I found myself working at sea, this eventually led me to evolving into a chef, during my travels. From curry making tips & secret ingredients used in Sri Lanka, to rustic Boat tucca in Australia. Working as a head chef at multiple locations at home & abroad. In 2016 - 2019 I put my heart & soul into my own restaurant on the Isles of Scilly, somewhat closer to my home of Cornwall.
Through my love of water sports the ocean has always been at the forefront of locations I've travelled, my style of cooking & Lobster Box recipes follow this journey with love of cooking Seafood with spice & fruit.

The Seafood flavours which Lobster Box offer are completely fuss free, I use certain ingredients which allow the flow of full flavour with a no hassle feel. I don't believe when enjoying a food box you want to spend hours plating or making food look fancy (this is why you go to a restaurant)... I do believe that it is possible to eat fine seafood without compromising on flavour, as easily as possible, from anywhere.

Spring - Autumn we deliver to the whole of Cornwall Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Tuesdays
​
All deliveries are hand delivered by us & are made between 9am - 6pm
​
Everything is delivered in temperature controlled packaging, you do not need to be in to receive your delivery providing there is a safe place to leave your box.
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your chosen delivery day.
If the date is missing / unavailable then we have sold out for that date / delivery slot.

Nationwide is available every week Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Tuesdays.

Everything is dispatched in temperature controlled packaging via a Nationwide next day courier.
